Do you vacuum the trunk area?

Yes we do! Please leave your trunk open letting us know that you want the trunk
vacuumed since we usually do not vacuum the trunk spaces of most vehicles.

Do you clean out the ash trays?

Yes we do! Please be sure to remove your valuables from it.

What is included in our wash packages?

You can find what is in included in each wash package and the pricing on them on
our “Wash & Detail” link located on the top. You may also refer the full menu link on our home page

How long does it normally take to get a carwash?

Our average wait time is around 15 to 20 minutes. During that time, you are able to relax
in our lobby with sofas, snacks, drinks, or even walk over to the dining plaza next door!

How will I know when my car is complete?

One of our team members will raise their hand, call out your vehicles make and model.
Be sure to present that team member your receipt to claim your vehicle! The
reciept should be stamped with text labeled "paid" that the cashier hands to you along with your change.

What if I need additional services or have questions?

Here at the Sorrento Mesa Auto Spa & Service Center, we want to make sure you are
completely satisfied, so please be sure to ask all of your questions to the ticket writer and
he will be able to answer all of your questions!

Why does the ticket writer create marks on the windows?

The service writer marks your vehicle, letting the team members working in the
carwash to know what car wash or detail package you ordered for your vehicle.

What if I have a large vehicle or minivan?

Due to the larger windows, larger interior floor area, greater outer area to clean, it takes a
significantly increased amount of time to clean larger vehicles, resulting in a small additional
charge.

What if my car doors lock automatically?

If your car locks automatically, please let our ticket writer know so we will be sure to
hold onto your keys.

How can I be sure that I received a Supreme wash instead of a Regular?

If you look through the windows in our lobby, you will see our carwash tunnel. In the
tunnel, there are different stations for the different arches. Each is labeled on what it is,
and you will be able to see what is put onto your vehicle. If there was a cleaner, wax, or dressing
that we forgot to put on, please let the cashier know and we will gladly solve the issue.

Why are my seats adjusted and my other car options adjusted?

Our team members may adjust your seat as a safety precaution when operating
your vehicle. Our team members also wipe your controllers, causing buttons to be
pressed, music being turned on, etc.

Can you guarantee the weather?

We can't guarantee that it WILL NOT rain tomorrow, but we CAN offer you 48 hour rain
insurance, basically meaning that if it rains within 2 days of your carwash, just bring it
back and we will redo it for you! Please bring your vehicle back with your receipt within
the next few days for us to redo your vehicle!
